At IZI365, we strive to provide excellent service and flexibility to our customers. However, we also value the time and efforts of our service providers. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through the IZI365 platform, including our website and mobile applications (Android and iOS):
1. Cancellation Notice Requirement
- All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days for valid cancellations made according to the 24-hour policy.
- Valid reasons for cancellation must be provided, and the platform reserves the right to review these reasons for approval.
3. Valid Reasons for Cancellation
Refunds will be considered for the following valid reasons:
- Unexpected emergencies (e.g., health issues, family emergencies).
- Provider no-shows or failure to meet agreed-upon terms.
- Errors in booking details due to technical issues.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Cancellations made without a valid reason or supporting evidence.
- Cancellations requested due to personal preference changes.
- Cases involving fraudulent claims, misuse of the platform, or deliberate attempts to exploit the refund policy.
- Situations identified as scams, either by the customer or provider, after a thorough investigation.
5. Process for Cancellations and Refunds
- Users can initiate cancellations via the website or mobile applications under the "My Bookings" section.
- Valid reasons and evidence (if applicable) must be submitted during the cancellation process.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
