- Refunds are applicable for bookings that are canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

- Refund requests must be submitted through the IZI365 platform (website or mobile app) under the "My Bookings" section.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Lack of a valid reason or supporting evidence for the cancellation.
- Instances of fraudulent claims or misuse of the platform.
- Cases identified as scams or deliberate attempts to exploit the refund policy.
4. Special Considerations
- In the event of a dispute between the customer and service provider, IZI365 will investigate the issue. Refunds may be issued if IZI365 determines that the service provider failed to fulfill the agreed-upon service.
